Awful and unbelievable! Will not be using them again …I dropped my car off to get oil changed …they called me at 4:50 to let me know car was ready for pick up but I had to get there quick because they close at 5. I told them that I needed about 15-20 min to get there ..when I had arrived at exactly 5:08 they were closed and I couldn’t get my car.

This garage is absolutely terrible! I took my truck in to have the tires balanced, and they lifted it so high on their lift that it broke not only the windshield but the roof also. The owner talked me into letting them repair and paint the truck. This was also a mistake!!! The paint was complete trash and ended up bubbling and coming off. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

**DO NOT GO HERE!!!** I WOULD NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Seems like if you’re not a regular you will be scammed. Jill was very difficult to work with, unprofessional and rude. Took over a month for parts to come in with no explanation. I had a broken sway bar and they said that it did not need repair. Which is just not true especially to pass a proper inspection. These guys don’t know what they’re doing. They are slow give poor quality work and are not cheap. They also misplaced parts to my car. Overall shady business. Never had an experience like this any where before.

Britt’s slashed my tire to avoid a restocking fee on their end. I got a hole in my tire pictured below as the rough hole in the middle of the tire I called and asked for advice I told them the make and model which is an all wheel drive car. I did not know the treads need to match or else it could mess up the car until I spoke with them again the next day. He said we could patch it. I went back in and the owner was visibly angry since he ordered the tire but still said he would patch it. He took it back and less than a minute later he came back and said it wasn’t fixable. I went back and noticed the new slash in my tire I said wow I didn’t see this yesterday when I took the tires off and it wasn’t deflating this fast yesterday. He tried to say that a random person could’ve done it overnight as an act of vandalism mind you the tire was in my trunk. He said ok take the tire somewhere else since you insinuated I slashed it. I said I didn’t even bring that up I just stated that’s a new hole. He got very defensive and said I had to leave. Below you can clearly see a side to side very thin almost perfect cut in a different position than the original hole. Every mechanic I spoke to after t

I paid this company to fix my 80 year old mother's car. We had the car towed to them and made it very clear that my mother is elderly and sick and on a fixed income and only $900 would be budgeted for it at this moment in time- so to please be careful with what they do. They told us they diagnosed it as the fuel pump- which we did not know would be listed as "diag stalls after start up" on the bill for a whopping $285. $285 to tell us it stalls after start up. We knew that! That's why it had to be towed there! They did an unapproved compression test and second diagnostic, R&R on a crankshaft position sensor and R&R for a fuel tank that we did NOT APPROVE. The only thing we approved was a diagnostic and a fuel pump and they assured us the car would run after replacing the fuel pump. They stole $900 they do not deserve and then tried to charge an additional $685.74- totaling $1,585.74 and will not give my mother her car back because we refuse to pay for things we were not told about. When I demanded to see the itemized bill, they nearly refused. I had to heavily insist for them to give it to me and I now clearly see why. The owner is refusing to make it right.
